Forum Registration

Commuter registration includes:
Two lunches, coffee breaks and wine and cheese reception. $200

Resident registration includes:
All of the above plus two nights private, air-conditioned accommodation, two breakfasts, and two suppers. $400

A non-refundable cheque for $75 is required to confirm registration.

You can register for the 2012 session of The Canadian Forum on Theology and Education in 3 ways: on-line, fax, or Canada Post. Please register by March 28 2012. No this is not a joke! Early registration is appreciated.

Final numbers must be to Sheridan by April 3rd. Any withdrawals after that date will result in the deposit being forfeit.
