Location and Maps

Ron Eydt Conference Centre is situated at the University of Waterloo campus on a beautiful 900 acre (365 hectare) site in the northwest section of the City of Waterloo. Waterloo and its twin city Kitchener are located in south-western Ontario and have a combined population of approximately 260,000. Home to two major universities and a community college, Waterloo is a student-friendly place. The City of Waterloo is small enough to be clean, friendly, and safe, yet big enough to offer some of the best shopping, restaurants, galleries, and entertainment in south-western Ontario.

Directions to Campus From Highway 401:

take exit 278 (from Toronto) or exit 278B (from London) to Highway 8 West Kitchener;
exit at Highway 85 (formerly Highway 86) to Waterloo;
stay on Highway 85 (formerly Highway 86) until you reach University Avenue West, second University Avenue exit;
take University Avenue West and follow it until you reach Westmount Rd N. (you will pass the main entrance to the University of Waterloo - keep going);
turn right on Westmount Road, Continue on past the sign for St. Jerome's University and turn right at the stop sign at Columbia Street West take the first entrance on your right and follow the signs to The Ron Eydt Village or The Conference Centre. There will also be signsadvertising the Canadian Forum on Theology and Education.

Alternative Directions From Highway 401:

take exit 278 (from Toronto) or exit 278B (from London) to Highway 8 West Kitchener;
exit at Highway 85 (formerly Highway 86) to Waterloo;
stay on Highway 85 (formerly Highway 86) until you reach the King Street exit
Follow King Street to Columbia Avenue and turn right on Columbia and follow the signs to The Ron Eydt Village or The Conference Centre. There will also be signsadvertising the Canadian Forum on Theology and Education.

Parking

Parking costs are included in your registration and you will be receive a parking pass to put in your car at registration.
